Difficult conversations are a fact of life for every manager. During this workshop, managers are introduced to a five-step model for conducting difficult conversations. Through challenging simulations and role-plays they are provided with an opportunity to develop confidence and hone skills that are going to be critical to their success as a manager. Encourages participants to make a difference to the business by:
