Addressing performance issues and addressing individual contributors’ concerns are key skills for every manager. This workshop enables managers to improve their ability to manage and conduct review conversations with high, low and core performers within their teams. Challenging role play scenarios enable participants to receive expert coaching on how to address the issues raised by typical high, low and core performers within their teams.Encourages participants to make a difference to the business by:

  • Improving and developing their ability to engage and motivate the high and low performers in their teams
  • Improving their ability to address team members concerns and issues around compensation and career development,
  • Identifying and addressing poor performance or potential poor performance early
