Leading Change – 4 hours
This workshop is designed to help leaders and managers develop their ability to help people move through change and to understand where to focus their efforts to ensure successful implementation and higher levels of productivity. This workshop can also be utilized by organizations as an important tool to support the implementation of specific change initiatives. Most change initiatives fail because of people, not programs. Similarly, changes are more likely to succeed when people learn how to adapt to change: understanding and applying strategies to deal with transitions, engagement and personal resilience. This workshop is a careful balance of content and learning related-activities with the focus and goal of successfully navigating change in your organization.
