Today many organizations are questioning the value of the traditional annual performance review. All too often people are surprised by issues and concerns raised in the review that had not received any focused attention throughout the year. This workshop was originally designed as an intervention to improve manager’s effectiveness during a critical phase of the performance review process. It has since been used very successfully to drive a practice of more regular ongoing feedback across organizations.
