This 3-stage action learning program enables leaders and manager to develop their skills and capabilities in the two areas of coaching that are most common in today’s organizations – Performance Coaching and Development Coaching. Participants engage for 1-2 months in action learning process that focuses on developing and reinforcing new skills and behaviors through practical application
