Coaching innovation and Change – 3 hours
The ability to coach innovation and change is critical to the success of the process. This workshop looks at our latest understanding of how the brain responds to change and explores how leaders can utilize this as a basis for effectively coaching teams as they navigate change.
Encourages participants to make a difference to the business by:
- Coaching to help coachee minimize “resistance”
- Coaching an innovation response to a change initiative
- Facilitating framing the change initiative as an opportunity
- Recognizing and minimizing “threat” responses
